Welcome to Pacific Island Woodcraft! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

We specialize in crafting high-quality wooden souvenirs, gifts, furniture, and personalized decorative pieces. All items are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance, reflecting their unique craftsmanship.

2. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are securely processed through our website’s payment gateway.
  • We do not begin fabrication or ship any items until payment has been received.

We use Stripe as our payment processor and we do not hold or save any credit card information. Pacific Island Woodcraft is a subsidiary of Garden Island Hospitality LLC and the descriptors on your credit card statement will display GARDENISLDHOSPITALITY or GARDENISLD followed by your Order #

3. Tax and Shipping

  • Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Shipping cost estimates are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. On occasion there may be a discrepancy on the online quote and the actual shipping price calculated upon packaging and preparing to ship. In the event of a discrepancy of more than $5.00, the customer will be contacted for approval for additional shipment costs. Upon packaging and calculation of shipping charges,this will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU TAKE THE OPTION AND OBTAIN SHIPPING INSURANCE.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address.

4. Custom and Commissioned Projects

  • For commissioned pieces, designs will be approved by the customer prior to fabrication.
  • Once the design is approved, changes cannot be made, and production will begin.
  • Commissioned projects are non-refundable once approved and fabrication has started.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after verification of damage or defects

6. Production and Delivery Timelines

  • Production times vary based on the complexity of the project and our current workload. Estimated timelines can be provided prior to or when your order is placed. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 – 5 business days of payment of order depending on size of order. Some processes of manufacturing the item take more time to complete. Oil based products we use take more time to dry.
    We operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed.
  • Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination and are not included in the production timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs of the products created by Pacific Island Woodcraft remain the intellectual property of our business and may not be reproduced without written permission. Purchases for a completed item and do not include the design whether it be written, drawn either on paper or digitally.

In the event Pacific Island Woodcraft sells a digital design file to you, the intellectual property rights remain that of Pacific Island Woodcraft. You are only purchasing the limited use of a digital file to create a finished product for your own personal use. Neither can a finished product nor can that digital file be reproduced and sold, loaned, or given away without the specific written permission and the release of copyright from Pacific Island Woodcraft.

8. Liability

  • Pacific Island Woodcraft is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances. Through the purchase transaction, you are releasing Pacific Island Woodcraft from all liability in how any of our products are used.
  • Customization or installation of furniture or decor is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pacific Island Woodcraft reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
