We Can Customize Nearly Any Product!

To customize your order:

• Complete the form and provide the details as best you can describe what you would like to have fabricated so we can produce a drawing in order software to complete your order. If you have a drawing or picture of what you would like to be part of the item, we should get this as soon as possible to do the mock up and create a proof to send to you for your approval. If the picture or item you wish to send to us is a large file, It would best be sent to us by email rather than try to upload it with Your Order Form. You will receive an email receipt from us of what you sent on the form. Just send any attachments in a reply email.
• We create a digital proof and a Quote for the Customization and then email it to you within 48 hours.
• Once You Approve the Proof and Quote — We will Craft it, Finish it, and then we will Ship it.

Customization changes can occur to Get It Just Right, we try to be as concise as possible and follow your instructions when making the design. We are very versed on the software we use for our designs. It incorporated directly into the programming used to create your item. We do include Design Time when we provide a Quote for customizations. Currently our design time is based on $70.00 per hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments. Making changes after accepting the proof may only be done prior to the going into fabrication. Depending on our workload there may not be much time and making a change can’t be done without having to replace the product and start over again.
